1 Statement
Pay24-7 is committed to ensuring state of the art standards
of practice in all its activities.
Visitors to Pay24-7’s website can be assured that the protection
of both privacy and confidentiality is given the highest priority.
All personal information is collected, held and used in strict
compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
1.1 Security
The security of data held or processed by Pay24-7 is
ensured by firewalls against unauthorised access. The site is
hosted on a secure server. All payments are routed though a secure
payment service provider. Both Pay24-7 and its partners commit
themselves to keeping security at the highest level
using current available technologies.
Using Public Key Infrastructure, digital certificates and
1024 bit encryption Pay24-7 ensures the highest level of
security offered by any online payment collection provider.
Our additional fraud detection systems help to protect our users.
1.2 Information Collected
Pay24-7 does not collect any personal information from visitors
to its website other than information that is knowingly and
voluntarily given. In particular, the information that is collected
and stored is limited to the following:

2) payment records, excluding any credit/debit card information
Anonymous information is collected, such as the number of visitors
to the website in a given period, but it is purely statistical and
cannot be used to identify an individual user. Cookies are not used
